Rates include breakfast delivered to your cabin each morning.   A two night minimum stay is required on weekends, however we'll be happy to accomodate single night reservations when possible, please call for rates and availability.   Prices Bungalow Cabins - $115 (off season) - $130 (peak season) per night/per couple - plus tax Loft Cabins...$130 (off season) - $150 (peak season) per night/per couple  Each additional guest $15 per night Children under 10 stay free Group rates are available Policies We provide accomodations to guests 21 and over. We can not allow pets, but we can provide excellent near-by lodging for your pet's enjoyment. Check-in 3:00. Please call if you plan a late arrival. Check-out 12:00 We offer a smoke free environment. Recepticles are provided on porches and proper disposal is appreciated. Should you have to cancel your reservation, every effort will be made to rebook your room.  A $25 bookkeeping fee will apply. Guests canceling within 14 days of arrival will be responsible for 50% of the total intended stay or one nights lodging, whichever is greater, unless your room can be rebooked.  Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the intended stay, unless your room can be rebooked.  Groups of two of more cabins will be responsible for 50% of the total stay if canceled within 30 days of arrival, unless all rooms can be rebooked for the same dates. Fiddler's Roost strives to keep all of our properties in good working order. However, as with anything that is mechanical, failures do sometimes occur. No refunds will be issued for early departure due to malfunctions in equipment (i.e. whirlpool baths, televisions, Vcrs, etc.) weather or road conditions.
