Fiddler's Roost Cabins is designed for couples.
Rates are based on two people. An additional charge of $35 per person applies.
Rates include breakfast delivered to your cabin each morning.
A two night minimum stay is required on weekends, however we'll be happy to accommodate single night reservations when possible, please call for rates and availability.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. or later. Late arrivals are fine, just let us know.
Check-out no later than 12:00.
We can not allow pets, but we can provide excellent near-by lodging for your pet's enjoyment.
We offer a smoke free environment. Receptacles are provided on porches and proper disposal is appreciated.
Should you have to cancel your reservation a $25 bookkeeping fee will apply.
Guests canceling within 14 days of arrival will be charged one half of the intended stay or one night, whichever is greater, unless your cabin can be rebooked. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay.
Groups of two of more cabins will be responsible for 50% of the total stay if canceled within 30 days of arrival.
Fiddler's Roost strives to keep all of our properties in good working order. However, as with anything that is mechanical, failures do sometimes occur. No refunds will be issued for early departure due to malfunctions in equipment (i.e. whirlpool baths, televisions, VCRs, etc.) weather or road conditions.
Last but not least we ask that you leave the cabin as you found it. Soiled linens placed in bathroom and dishes washed and put away. If disregarded, a $50 cleaning fee will apply.
